Hidden Access, Seamlessly Integrated

A leak and subsequent plumbing repair left the homeowners with an exposed opening in their finished basement. Rather than settling for a standard access panel, I designed and built a concealed door that disappears into the home's original beadboard, preserving the character of the space while maintaining full access to the plumbing behind it. The repair also included upgraded insulation to help prevent future freeze-ups, followed by new luxury vinyl flooring, recessed LED lighting, and a fresh paint scheme that brightened and modernized the entire basement.
